Georgiana "Cristy" Rodiger is and has been licensed to practice in both State and Federal courts in California since 1980.  Prior to opening her own office in 2004, she was an associate in the Litigation practice group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP for between 1981-1988 and 1996-2004 doing primarily a defense practice. Between 1988 and 1996 Ms. Rodiger was an at home mom and volunteer who served as President and Board member of the San Diego Junior League, President and Board Member of the Rancho Santa Fe Children's Hospital Auxilary; President and Board member of the Rancho Santa Fe PTA and Regional leader and troop leader for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.  In 1980-1981 Ms. Rodiger worked as an associate doing insurance defense litigation for Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs.

Since 1980 she has represented Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and individuals. Ms. Rodiger has litigation experience in bringing and defending litigation relating to healthcare coverage, medical malpractice, insurance defense, personal injury, property injury, business torts, product liability, environmental litigation, family law, bankruptcy, and contract disputes   She also has labor and employment litigation experience relating to wrongful termination disputes, discrimination and harassment disputes and compliance with wage and hour laws and family leave policies. Ms Rodiger is an experienced trial lawyer with first chair, second chair, and third chair experience as well as managing a trial team in litigation with more than 40 attorneys.

Ms. Rodiger received her J.D. from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 1980 and  her B.A. from Pitzer College in 1976.  Prior to opening her own law office she practiced with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in its Los Angeles, Newport and San Diego offices.
